How to become a donor/
Information for donors

Unfortunately there are so many couples denied of the opportunity to have children. For them donated cells is the only hope of filling the void in their lives.

AVA CLINIC invites young women to become donors and help couples who still long to become parents.

Donors are anonymous. Family which will use donor’s ovum will not be given the photograph of the donor. The only information family will get will be donor’s height, weight, eye and hair color, nationality, education, blood type and Rhesus factor, as well as information about donor’s marital status and number of children.

Why germ cell donors are needed?

When it is not possible to use own germ cells, for many families donor’s ovum is the only possibility and it provides the only hope of welcoming a healthy baby into the family.

Donor’s ovum is fertilized by a sperm of patient’s partner or by a sperm of a donor. The embryos are then transferred to recipient’s womb. Each donor is individually selected.

Who can become a donor?

Any healthy woman between the ages of 18 and 34 can become a germ cell donor. You have to agree to provide help with your ovum donation, while remaining absolutely anonymous. You will bring a long awaited happiness to the family when a healthy baby will be born.
